Matthew Dubnansky performs assurance and regulatory and risk consulting services for qualified Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) plans, as well as for their related plan sponsors. He primarily works with complex collectively-bargained union plans, and his clients include some of the firm’s largest Fortune 500 companies. In addition to serving on the board of directors and the service line leader board for PBMares, he heads up the firm’s healthcare assurance and risk consulting practice, TMDG, LLC.
Matthew specializes in financial accounting, reporting and disclosure; internal controls; healthcare claim audits (including medical, workers’ compensation, stop-loss and dental); provider discount and vendor fee analysis; Administrative Services Only (ASO) Agreement evaluations; along with a host of other and regulatory, risk and compliance services. In addition to being a CPA, Matthew is a licensed Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
A forward-thinking leader, Matthew is highly regarded among his peers for his financial and management consulting expertise. As a recognized industry authority, he was interviewed by Forbes for an article discussing errors in health insurance claims (“Slicko”, Neil Weinberg, August 2007). Matthew has also been recognized as a SmartCPA Accounting Elite by Baltimore SmartCEO magazine.
When he is not at work, Matthew enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and golfing.
