Since 1979, Merle has spent most of his waking hours working on the day-to-day operations of running a business. He has seen many changes over the years, but he prides himself on the one thing that remains the same – putting out a great product for great clients. He understands that as a business owner, your responsibility is twofold: to serve clients and to help staff grow.
Merle has his brother, Howard, to thank for his career in accounting. While in college, he began assisting Howard with inputting computer data. Before he knew it, he had his own book of business and turned his attention to passing the CPA exam. It’s a decision he’s never regretted since it has allowed him to help people grow their businesses to heights they never expected.
Merle thoroughly enjoys helping clients realize the most effective solutions to their financial and business challenges. He believes that in his role as a business consultant, his influence is often more valuable than that of a best friend, a claim that can be made by very few business people.
In addition to serving his clients and fellow colleagues, he is a member of Temple Beth Ami. Work aside, Merle enjoys the beach, playing golf and reading.
