Timothy Heller provides accounting, auditing and related services to defined benefit and defined contribution pension and health and welfare plans. In addition to his health and welfare experience, he performs financial statement audits and financial services for not-for-profit organizations.

His health and welfare plan concentrations include collectively bargained/Taft-Hartley/ERISA plans and internal control engagements. He also specializes in performing reviews and evaluations of health and welfare plan internal controls, evaluation and design of eligibility controls, and performance of dependent eligibility audits.

Timothy has led and managed audits for plans ranging in size from $100,000 to more than $1 billion in assets. He works closely with plan sponsors to help them fulfill their compliance and fiduciary responsibilities. Through constant research and training, Timothy stays up-to-date on the ever-changing healthcare laws and the impact these changes have on health and welfare plans. He is a charismatic and forward-thinking leader, committed to providing value to his clients.

Timothy loves that his work affords him the opportunity to travel across the country and work with a diverse group of people across many different industries. He enjoys the unique challenges that arise within the collective bargaining environment and the healthcare industry.

Outside of his work, Timothy gives back to the community by sitting on the board of Earl’s Place, a homeless shelter in Baltimore City. He is also an avid baseball fan and plays semi-pro baseball himself.
