Tony Orsborne has extensive experience working with not-for-profit organizations, employee benefit plans and small- to medium-sized businesses. He specializes in providing accounting, assurance and consulting services, as well as agreed upon procedures.

A pragmatic man even in his college years, Tony sought a degree in a field that would afford him opportunities in a variety of industries, as well as the potential for growth. Accounting checked both of those boxes and allowed him to pursue his aptitude for numbers which he discovered in high school. The rest is history. Accounting ended up being a great choice for Tony as is evidenced by his many long standing client relationships.

Tony loves that his chosen profession allows him to work with and serve high quality, interesting and fun people. He is proud to work for a quality firm where there is truly a team atmosphere. He finds the profession in and of itself interesting and challenging, but the people part of the job is the most rewarding. Being there for clients and colleagues and collaborating with them to solve problems and accomplish goals is what really motivates him.

Outside of the office, Tony is involved with Special Olympics Maryland and Montgomery Soccer, Inc./Special Olympics Montgomery TOPSoccer who recognized his efforts by presenting him with their Volunteer of the Year award.

Tony believes in the power of team sports and coached his daughters’ basketball and soccer teams for 15 years, as well as a men’s Special Olympics soccer team and a children’s Special Olympics soccer team for a number of years. He enjoys playing sports as well, including softball, tennis and golf.

Beyond his time on the sports field, Tony enjoys spending time at home which includes three daughters, two dogs, a horse and a donkey. He is also a member of Aspen Hill Club.
