Andrew Evans, CPFA®, CFP®
Andrew is a seasoned Wealth Advisor with more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career in banking and brokerage services before starting his own practice with a focus on risk and wealth management as well as comprehensive financial planning. He holds his Certified Fiduciary Plan Advisor (CPFA) designation from the National Association of Plan Advisors and has completed his Certificate in Financial Planning (CFP) at The University of Virginia.
Formerly a Financial Specialist and Brokerage Associate at a large bank wire-house and most recently a Financial Advisor at a large mutual insurance company, Andrew focused on risk management, retirement planning, and long-term care planning for individuals and businesses.
Andrew attended Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia and is currently enrolled at The University of Virginia. At Roanoke College, he played attack for the Men’s Lacrosse Team, winning an ODAC Championship and reaching the NCAA National Semi-Finals. He was also a member of Sigma Chi’s Tau Chapter.
Today, Andrew remains active in Fraternal Organizations within the Fairfax community and is active in the local mindfulness and meditation communities as well. In his free time, Andrew continues to play lacrosse competitively and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and skiing. He is also passionate about live music and enjoys a periodic off-the-grid meditation retreat.
