Daniel Haynes has had a lifelong interest in better understanding the language of business, which drove his education and career choices. However, helping clients feel secure and clear about their financial standing is his greatest on-the-job reward. He leads the firm’s assurance practice, with responsibility for line of business strategic direction and quality control.
In addition to his CPA license, Daniel has earned the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) designations. He currently serves as the chairman of the peer review committee for the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a two-time recipient of Virginia Business magazine‘s Super CPA recognition for Assurance Services.
Daniel is active in the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Fredericksburg Host Lions Club. He is also involved with local churches, the Red Cross, and other civic organizations.
Life outside of Daniel’s career and community involvement mostly revolves around his children’s soccer and basketball schedules. In any leisure time afforded to him, he enjoys playing the guitar and ukulele.
