Focused on working with diverse women to start/grow local enterprises and position them for long term grown through individual counseling, facilitated peer group support, and access to specialized resources and capital. The WEgrow Maryland program helps business owners understand the financial basics of their businesses and understand key financial documents.

Creation of the Shop Broad Project by allowing members of the Greater Five Points Community- a low income area- the opportunity to build sustainable small businesses to include funding micro loans and training.
